Followers of Christ are fishers of men (Matthew 4:19). A person witnesses the events and changes in lives and they testify to what God can do and will do to those who repent and follow Jesus Christ for life. We now walk a new life in the Light (John 8:12) following Jesus Christ.

Practice the gospel by talking in the mirror.... or your cat (you will learn to experience rejection when your cat gets up and walks away while you are speaking to them. Thats good practice). 

Practice:

• “Did you get one of these?” 

• “Would you consider yourself to be a good person?” 

• “What do you think happens to people after they die?” 

• “If you were to die today where do you think you would go?” 

• “It is a gospel tract. Do you have a Christian background?”

Opportunities to Witness:

• As you go. Everywhere you go –Be Obedient and Spirit-Filled

• Ask Christian friends if they share their faith and talk about experiences.

• Smile. Say “Hello” to two strangers every day. Note their reaction.

• Read your tracts before you hand them out to embed the Gospel in your heart and mind.

• Hand out tracts. See how friendly people can be. Say  “Did you get one of these?

•  Develop an attitude... I am going to the grocery store to hand out tracts and pick up a quart of milk.
