What book or Religion describes this reality (Truth) that we live in? ... the Bible

Historically accurate - proven by archeology and non-Biblical historians. Bible makes miracle claims.

History of Israel is documented - it's dispersion (punishment by God) it's return and it's dispersion again in 70AD and its future return in 1948. Prophetically accurate about many things, proving it is trustworthy.

Prophesy in 700- 500 BC about the coming Messiah coming around 1 BC

Entire Old Testament pointing to a perfect blood sacrifice coming to save us.

What other book can accurately document History, God, Miracles, and Prophesy fulfilled and to be filled but a book inspired (informed) by God and written by men to document this Fantastic opportunity to know the Creator.

We are to declare what all God has done.....

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1.1 - We have this planet, all the planets, all the stars and galaxies, all this matter and stuff (verses 14-17). It had to come from somewhere. From laws of physics and scientific observation all this matter has design and therefore this points to a designer. And in verse 2 is says "And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters." Already in verse 2 God's Holy Spirit is introduced.

Then God said, “Let the land sprout with vegetation—every sort of seed-bearing plant, and trees that grow seed-bearing fruit. These seeds will then produce the kinds of plants and trees from which they came.” And that is what happened. - Genesis 1:11 - God created living growing plants.

Then God created the birds and the fish - Then God said, “Let the waters swarm with fish and other life. Let the skies be filled with birds of every kind.” 21 So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that scurries and swarms in the water, and every sort of bird—each producing offspring of the same kind. Genesis 1:20-21 - God created DNA and living cells that reproduce. We don't see living cells popping into existence everyday, and that is what we would need to have happen for evolution to be true.

Then God said, “Let the earth produce every sort of animal, each producing offspring of the same kind—livestock, small animals that scurry along the ground, and wild animals.” And that is what happened. 25 God made all sorts of wild animals, livestock, and small animals, each able to produce offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good. - This includes dinosaurs. The sudden appearance of all animals at the same time is what we see in the fossil record.

26 Then God said, “Let US make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth,and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”

I added italics and underline for emphasis. This is the first indication of the tri-unity of God (also 3.22 & 11.7) that Christians believe in. The name of God in verse 1, Elohim is the plural form of El. Since God created angels and is so different from angels, he could not be talking to them. Recall in verse 2, that the Holy Spirit was introduced and you will see in chapter 3.15 that Jesus the Christ is foretold.

27 "So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them."

Note ..God does not make mistakes. He created each one of us to be male or female. Another note.. Originally, man walked with the dinosaurs. This is confirmed in the book of Job in the Bible and also the fossil record as seen in Glenrose TX.

Chapter 3- Adam & Eve disobeyed (sinned against) God and brought on the curse of sin and death to man. Note, had it not been Adam it would have been someone like me that would have sinned and messed it up. But in chapter 3 is this interesting, and deemed prophetic (future telling) verse 15:

"And I will cause hostility between you (talking to Satan/the serpent) and the woman,

and between your (the Devil) offspring (and unbelievers) and her offspring ( meaning Christ).

He will strike your head (a fatal blow), and you will strike his heel (suffer on the cross...which is the sacrifice Christ made as part of God's redemptive plan)."

I added explanation in parenthesis. Paul refers to the struggle between Satan and Christ in Romans 16.20.

Also note: So you see from the earliest writings of the Bible, God, His Holy Spirit and a Savior are referenced.

Noah and the flood Genesis 6 - 9 - A world wide flood when God judged the world. He spared Noah and his family by instructing Noah to build an ark. Most believe this is a made up myth in the Bible, however there are hundreds flood legend stories with similar characteristics to the Biblical account. See these resources... In chapter 8.20 through 9.17, God uses a rainbow as a sign of a covenant with all creation that He will not destroy the all the living with a flood again like Noah. How dare we use the rainbow to flaunt our sin before Holy God Almighty! See chapter 19 of how wicked we can be and Lot and I are no better.

God Chooses Abraham Issac & Jacob (Israel) Genesis 12 - 36 - The promise of the land to Israel - Genesis 12

The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you. I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who treat you with contempt. All the families on earth will be blessed through you.”

Christians would see this as a promise of the coming Jewish nation of Israel, both of olden days and today, and the coming of Christ and the opportunity to be reconciled to God by the forgiveness of our sins against Him, through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave.

We talk about being "believers" and having "faith". Presumably we are referring to believe in Jesus Christ and the LORD God through Jesus Christ (John 14.6). The basis for which dates back to this verse Genesis 15.6

" And Abram believed the Lord, and the Lord counted him as righteous because of his faith."

Chapter 21 Issac is born to Abraham and Sarah at an old age. Sacrifice is seen throughout scripture. From God killing animals to cover Adam and Eve's shame by clothing them to Abraham willing to sacrifice Issac. Note 2 things: The Father willing to sacrifice his son and God providing a sacrifice: Chapter 22.8: "Abraham said, “My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering.” So the two of them went together." But since Abraham was willing to be obedient, God spared Issac by His command, He provided a ram in Issac's place for a sacrifice and reaffirmed His promise to bless Abraham and all nations through Abraham, the parental lineage of Mary the mother of Jesus.

Issac is the father of Jacob, who God calls Israel. Jacob is father to what is known as the 12 tribes of Israel, chapters 27-37. One of his children is Joseph who was given a coat of many colors. He is sold into slavery in Egypt by his brothers, chapters 37 - 47. Joseph becomes great in Egypt, forgives his brothers and saves his family from famine and brings them to Egypt to live.

Jacob's family, Israel, lives in Egypt 400 years. Pharaoh of Egypt, forgets how great Joseph was and cruelly enslaves the children of Israel to build great cities for the Pharaoh and the Egyptians.

The book of Exodus reveals the plight of Israel enslaved in Egypt. Moses is born under a death sentence but is miraculously spared and raised in Pharaoh's house. He seen by witnesses murdering an Egyptian and must flee. It is during this time God calls out Moses from the Burning Bush. God called Moses to lead Israel out of captivity in a display of God's mighty power. In chapter 3 God says "I will certainly be with you" and when ask by Moses who shall I say sent me God replied in Exodus 3.14..

God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ”

This is essential and key to know and it also reveals who Jesus is by his own words and how others react to him.

So some 1400 years before Christ, Moses goes to Pharaoh, and even though many plagues (miracles of God) are brought on the Egyptian people with the children Israel being spared, it is not until the last plague that Pharaoh relents to let Israel go. In chapter 11 & 12, the Lord will come and the first born of every family and animal shall die. God will spare all who obey and faithfully apply "Lamb's Blood" (again with the sacrifice, the sacrifice of an unblemished lamb) to the door post of their house and death, the destroyer, will Passover those with the "Lambs Blood" and spare them. This is a picture 1400 years earlier setting up the coming of Christ Jesus, who was called the "Lamb of God", the sacrifice provided/sent by God at Passover (the time of the sacrifice) to provide the blood for us, that death may "Passover" us and provide eternal life for those that will obey and faithfully apply the blood of Christ to the door posts of our lives.

As if these are not enough miracles, Pharaoh lets Israel leave, not just leave but sends them away with the riches of Egypt! Moses and the children leave are at the edge of the Red Sea. You have heard many jokes, speculations on how deep the Red Sea is in order to minimize the miracle, but you have God's word that says the sea parted, Israel crossed on dry ground and then when Pharaoh changed his mind and chased Israel to bring them back as slaves, the chariots and horseman were all covered by the waters. When we hear of the the mighty works The LORD has done we should fear and believe (Exodus 14.31)

Joshua secures the Promised Land-book of Joshua. Parting of the Jordan, the battle of Jericho,

Prophets foretell the destiny of Israel and the coming of the Son and Messiah, most notably in Psalms, Isaiah (685 BC) and Daniel (538 BC) to name a few.

Promise of the scattering of Israel. Israel was punished by being scattered throughout the Middle East. Daniel ended up in Babylon. Daniel and the lion's den (miracle). Daniel's friends in the fiery furnace (miracle). Then we read in Daniel chapter 9 what might be the the greatest prophesy ever.

The arrival of Jesus -

o Had there not been the old testament scriptures documenting this history (some say "HIS_story") thousands of years prior leading up to Jesus

o Had the scriptures not been carefully maintained and handed down,

o Had there not been this people group (the children of Israel, the Jewish people) that have continued for thousands of years, when all other groups have gone unnoticed and forgotten but in the history books, that is even after their exiles

o Had the Jews, who were without a country for many of those years (1800 approximately) not survived, (no people group have lasted without a country for more than a couple generations), get their country back, as if overnight by a miracle

o Had we not seen so many archaeological findings that back up the accuracy of the old testament (and the new testament), (historically accurate)

o Had there not been these specific, recorded prophesies of the Messiah, the anointed one, the son, coming to us the first time, (prophetically accurate)

....then Jesus' life, even with all the miracles he did (the blind see, the lame walk, the deaf here and the dead are brought to life), could have gone unnoticed and unrecorded (many today are not impressed that the testaments are true)

However...

o We have an empty tomb to account for

o We have embarrassing eyewitnesses accounts to Jesus Christ's miracles, death, burial and resurrection and assent (over 500)

o We have the radically changed lives of these eyewitnesses, willing to die that they saw this Jesus alive (few if any will die for what they know is a lie or conspiracy)

o We have this mountain of the Old Testament that points to Jesus and the changed lives

ALL THIS GOD HAS DONE!
